I had the best time with this family! I think we laughed more than anything else in this session, so much laughter in fact that I had to consciously make sure my camera wasn't shaking while shooting :) I went to highschool with Brittany, she was a few years behind me but the wonderful world of Facebook has reconnected us. She is just as sweet as I remember. She lives in Germany with her little family while her husband serves in the Military. She was here visiting her family and contacted me to do photos! We were actually scheduled a couple months back but Nick's leave was changed so we post poned things. I am so glad things worked out before I went on "leave" for baby...what a beautiful day we had!

Uncle Brandon felt a little left out being the only one standing alone..but he and Jack make a pretty good pair, I think! 

I don't normally (ever!) get in a photo on my sessions but how thoughtful of Brittany (who keeps a blog called "How to eat a cupcake") to bring me a cupcake complete with my business logo! She also brought a little gift for our coming baby...adorable little boxer shorts embroidered with an M on the bottom. So cute. Thanks Brittany for the wonderful evening spent with your family (for the cupcakes and boxers, too!) Your photos will be done, soon!
